Trade Services

Trade services

Everything between your enquiry and your warehouse

A price per tonne is only part of what you are buying. The rest is sourcing, contracting, quality control, freight and paperwork, and that is where most problems in international trade happen. We handle each step and confirm it in writing.

01

Sourcing

We find and qualify suppliers for the grade, origin, certification and volume you need, and secure supply for spot purchases or term contracts.

02

Contracting

Offers in EUR or USD on FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP terms (Incoterms® 2020), paid by documentary letter of credit, documentary collection or transfer against documents.

03

Quality control

Certificates of analysis, laboratory testing for contaminants and residues, and independent surveyor inspection of quality, weight and loading.

04

Logistics and documents

Freight booking by road, reefer, container, bulk vessel or air, plus the invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, health certificates and bill of lading.

Private label

Your brand on the bottle, bag or carton

Refined sunflower, soybean and palm oil can be filled into PET bottles from 0.5 L to 5 L under your own brand, with labels in the language and format your market requires. Pulses, nuts, potatoes and onions can be packed in printed retail bags and cartons. We coordinate artwork approval, barcodes and minimum print runs with the packer.

Livestock export

Dairy cattle, certified for the journey

Exporting cattle means meeting two sets of rules: the European Union’s and the importing country’s. We select animals against your requirements for age, yield, pregnancy stage and pedigree. We organise the isolation period and health testing the destination protocol requires, then issue EU health certificates through TRACES. Transport by road, air or sea is planned under EU animal welfare law.
