Trade Services

Trade services

Everything between your enquiry and your warehouse

A price per tonne is only part of what you are buying. The rest is sourcing, contracting, quality control, freight and paperwork — and that is where most problems in international trade happen. We handle each step and confirm it in writing.

What we do

Four services behind every order

Each is part of the contract, so it is always clear who is responsible for what.

01

Sourcing

We find and qualify suppliers for the grade, origin, certification and volume you need, for spot purchases or term contracts.

02

Contracting

Offers in EUR or USD on FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP terms (Incoterms® 2020), paid by letter of credit, documentary collection or transfer against documents.

03

Quality control

Certificates of analysis, laboratory testing for contaminants and residues, and independent surveyor inspection of quality, weight and loading.

04

Logistics & documents

Freight by road, reefer, container, bulk vessel or air, plus invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, health certificates and bill of lading.

Refined sunflower, soybean and palm oil can be filled into PET bottles from 0.5 L to 5 L under your own brand, with labels in the language your market requires. Pulses, nuts, potatoes and onions can be packed in printed retail bags and cartons. We coordinate artwork approval, barcodes and minimum print runs with the packer.
